Now I’m not typically a bike person, but I came across this after a friend shared it on facebook, now I’m intrigued and have looked into how feasible it would eb for me to get it to use it for the commute to work as the range would easily cover my commute, what does OPPO think about this bike? also which colour would you choose? I’m torn between red & yellow

It looks like a kid’s toy bike trying to look like the real thing.

Why are the front indicators wonky on both the red and the blue?
Yellow is the best color. But at about 2 1/2 up I'd be afraid to ride that in traffic.

yeah I’m not sure what’s up with the indicators, as for speed & traffic, it’d be on my commute so most of the time traffic is barely doing 20mph

I guess it’s the massive hole where the engine would be that makes it look like a toy

I would add side panels and turn that void into a cargo area

That’s neat. The problem is in a lot of places anything that doesn’t have pedals is still illegal.
It’s stupid because something like this should fall into the same category as a 49cc moped, but it doesn’t under most laws. This is why so many companies have pedals even if the bike has a motor only option, and has no need for pedaling at all. Because if it has pedals and is limited to 25mpb it’s still a bicycle

This is essentially clased as a ‘moped’ like a honda super cub so needs insurance and the correct license to ride it

adding panels whilst retaining the good looks may be tricky

Probably, but the functionality would be worth it for me

Okay. See that makes sense. I know where I live it’d still be In No man’s land.
